PROJECT/DESIGN ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and maintain liaison with the client / representative on all project matter

  • Establish the production / work plans, schedules including subcontracting plans and mobilization plans

  • Establish and control the overall project budgets

  • Initiate necessary remedial actions to maintain the project on schedule

  • In charge for design calculations & drawings are complied with ASME CODE and Customer requirements

  • Monitor and co-ordinate the engineering and procurement procedures

  • In charge for preparing packing list

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

  • Experience in Autocad soft skill

  • Preferably with 2 years’ experiences in Pressure Vessel and Piping works 

  • Preferably with 2 years’ experiences in project management is an advantage   

  • Basic knowledge on  ASME & ISO requirements is an advantage 

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible all the projects are complied with ASME Code and customer requirements 

  • Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the firm’s Quality Management System

  • Ensure the documents are update within yours allocated project 

  • Ensure the quality are good on every products

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent 

  • Welding Inspector Certification 3.1 is an advantage 

  • Additional certification on related field is an advantage    

  • Preferably with 2 years’ experiences in Pressure Vessel and Piping works

  • Preferably with 2 years’ experiences in quality control management  

  • Basic knowledge on ASME & ISO requirements is an advantage

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the firm’s Quality Management System

  • Contact and maintain liaison with the client / representative on all QC documents matter

  • Follow up document submission local authority (DOSH) / 3rd party inspection company

  • Fully responsibilities on drawings release to respective department.  

  • Control transmittal file for QC department 

  • Control calibration & record for all QC equipment & gauges

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least Diploma in Management or Equivalent    

  • Preferably with 3 years’ experiences in management on related field

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
